In the spirit of keeping things as simple, we’re committed to trying to deliver a fairly decent customer experience. And since we’re Aussie, we make sure we follow our local laws when it comes to stuff like privacy (for reference, that’s the Privacy Act 1988). And even if there’s stuff that’s legal, if we think it’s crap to do then we won’t do it.
A Peek Into Our Collection Habits
Strolling through our site is a breeze, and you don’t need to provide any personal details to do it. But, if you want to actually contact us, we’ll need your name and email address at least. And there’s a good chance we’ll get more info from you as time goes on.
Sharing: Only What’s Necessary
We have staff and contractors who work on our clients files. No matter who, they will only get the snippets of your info they absolutely need to deliver their part of the process. And we make sure everyone involved is just as serious about keeping your details under wraps as we are.
How We Use Your Info
Unless you’re using a tracker blocking service, every visit you make here tracks non-personal stuff like your browser type, what pages you surfed, and how you found us, and whatever else Google Analytics does by default. It’s just data we have so we can track traffic and trends, not to track you personally.
We don’t really do anything with the data we track, beyond checking our analytics every now and then, but if that changes, we’ll only use non identifyable stuff (since that’s what we track).
Tweaking the Policy
If for some reason we need to adjust this Privacy Policy in the future, we’ll update it immediately. If you aren’t comfortable with how we handle privacy, please don’t use this site.
