Background
Thrive is a web design and development agency based in Seattle. They had worked hand in hand with us (Creative Click) via a white label relationship (we do the work, they put their name on it) and had built up a pretty strong portfolio. But even though the quality of their work was great, they were struggling to convey the value of their service to prospective clients. They didn’t stand out.
Their website and brand implementation hadn’t been changed in years, and it was too generic and outdated to sell any sort of premium service.
Strategy
We needed to identify the key values in the Thrive brand, and optimise the branding to convey those values.
Then we needed to make sure their site not only looked amazing, but had clear messaging to represent them to prospective clients.
Solution
We refreshed their branding and modernised their colours and typefaces, and used that to update their logo. Then we designed and developed a new website which would present the business as being creative and professional. As this is for a creative agency, we made sure the design itself was creative and resh.
The resulting website did its job – they had an increased quality of enquiry, which led to better clients coming up on board. This ultimately led to the business being acquired in early 2025, and the owner able to retire early.
