20+ years of hard work and practical business experience, wrapped up in a moderately unhealthy (but funny) package.
Totally not an alien
How this accidentally started
I used to be a business coach (yes, really), and had been building my own business sites for years. I'd regularly see clients drop $10k–$20k on a shiny new pile of shit that got them no leads and think "jeez I could do better than that."
Turns out, all my practical business experience helped me build websites that got killer results. Go figure.
- 2016 I was a business coach
- 2017 Started getting paid to build websites
- 2018 Launched Creative Click
- 2019 Built a team of 7 (hated it)
- 2020 Went solo again
- 2021 Started getting really good
- 2022+ Found my groove (and loving it)
Creative Click Today
Now, 8 years on, I run Creative Click as a micro-agency. It's mostly just me, with some support when I need it.
This way I get to work with each client directly and do the work myself, without having to manage staff. Huge win for me.
There are no account managers or juniors getting in the way here. It's just me, senior AF, killing it for my clients.
I'm an acquired taste
Yeah look, I don't work with everyone. If I don't think I'm gonna have a noticeable impact, I'm not interested.
