The problem

Costminer had a powerful estimating product that was a huge step above what many estimators were already using, but the brand and website made it look cheap and confusing. Visitors landed and bounced without even trying to understand what the platform actually did.

The only trial signups they had were people looking to do a single quick estimate and then bail.

The approach

We updated the logo and put together a more professional visual identity, then restructured the entire site around the platform's core benefit (faster, more accurate estimating). We ripped out every friction point blocking sign-ups, so visitors could understand the positioning, see the features and benefits, and sign up.
